So,..lets update.
Got the car back from Nocturnal Motorworks. Omars and Dan are bauce,……obviously. Been putting plenty of workseshs in since.
This is what alot of my nights actually looked like tho. Little to no light, headphones,. and alot of just, putting things back together.
Had Omar make me a place to put all my thaangs!
Pretty simplistic is what I was going for,. and as far as random accessories go,. this is all I need. Kill switch, Boost Controller, Defi-Link Control Unit. Will end up being textured and painted black to go with the interior better
Got everything thing together-enough to start pulling it out of the garage, and start working in some day light
Oh yeah, did I mention,..shit runs!! Perfectly Awesome. Still need to get some holes plasma’d in the enginebay, couple random brackets made, and come up with a way to run my dump for the wastegate….aand maybe a couple other things.
Interiors’ getting there. Havent tapped into the tach wire yet to have the Defi work, so I put my old cluster back in just to be sure and watch RPM’s temp and gas levels while I iron things out.
Started putting the front end back together. Was a tight fit with the midmount and new intercooler piping. Pretty crazy to see it coming back together again tho!
Tested to verify that Beastmode still works…..fuck yeah!
…and thats pretty much how she sits at the moment.

I’ve been driving my 86 around for the past week, yay!
The 4AGZE now has new rod bearings, and sounds great! I’m still babying it to break in the bearings, but I’m over halfway through the break in. I can’t friggin’ wait to be able to get on it and actually use the supercharger!
This thing just might get driven at my next event instead of the S14 ^^

I was lucky enough to get to see and hear a friggin’ 767B yesterday. Ugggh, so good! It’s one of my favorite cars, ever.

Sorry for the lack of updates,. progress has been slow on my end tho!
Cage is coming up on the home stretch,. should be pounding that out here pretty soon. Then i just need to finish the tubs, drop the engine in, re-finish the wiring,.and get it tuned pretty much! Cant wait to start this season out!

Oh ma gosh! I still exist!
Since moving down to Atlanta a few months ago, after years of letting it sit, I finally got my 86 running again! Then I blew up the motor doing a mountain run! How Takumi of me, huh? Yeah, I went there.
Oh well! Now it’s gots a new motor, 4AGZE!
I also bought a body kit for it, I’ve only got the front bumper on so far, haha. I’ll have the rest of the kit on, along with new paint, sooooooon! A few of the other Rowdy dudes and I are going to have matching 86s, SO COOL!
Events start next month down here, can’t wait! Stay tuned for more Corolla porn ^^

Well St. Louis has been out of a track for over a year now and if you have not heard by now. It seems that it has finally found a new group of owner’s a group of investors, led by real estate developer and former professional race car driver Curtis Francois.
Which means were going to be back in action for 2012 in St. louis. There are rumors of Midnight Madness coming back. So if your looking for some cheap night action you have a place to go once again.
The tracks website is still down. But once we hear more on the event’s to come from this year we’ll be sure to let you all know.
Here is some old action from Midnight Madness several years ago from our friend Rion over at RivalHouseGarage.
Midnight Madness is our local monthly night of drifting. Held once a month at Gateway International Raceway, Midnight Madness continues to be one of the largest venues drawing in over 5000 spectators a night and 300+ drivers from all across the St.Louis and surrounding areas.
Activities include:
-Drifting
-Drag racing on the quarter mile with ET’s
-Live music
-Vendors
-Sluts
-Probably some cocaine
-Lots of Budweiser products
-Mustinags….400 MUSTANGS!
Best part about it is, that it’s only $20 for 7 hours of drifting in a safe secure area. Yeah the track is a bit small and layed out with cones and paint, but we have a PA and what else do we need for $20?
