couldn’t quite get around to posting this on time, but i’d figure i’d post up what i’m thankful for this year.
this picture pretty much sums it up. i’m thankful for friends, being lucky enough to do something i love, my car not giving up on me, and hell, sometimes friends even take pictures of me. this picture couldn’t happen without any of that stuff.
i hope i can keep doing this stuff for many years to come. thanks to panda for the pic!!
hahaha, we had an event at gateway sunday after halloween. this is conrad about to take a run out in dan’s car, so we were putting as much pressure on him as possible XD
don’t wreck! but if you do, there’s an ambulance that’ll take you to the hospital! watch out for the k rails!

we went to hit some of our favorite roads this halloween. no drifting, just calm cruising, cool champaign, and warm hearts.
anyway, onto the pics. we took a spot off the side of the road, and sara, jarrod’s girlfriend, got to work on the picture takin!

hit a wall at kansas this weekend

the car drives alright, but i have to pull the bumper support back over to the driver side, so i can get the alignment back to normal.
of course we all know danger dan…..who doesnt?….pssssh
but they have done more work to his car to be ready for D1GP in chicago this weekend, then they have in..well.. ever.

haven’t gotten tires on the other ones, so i still have the meshies in the back for now. other ones should be on friday ^^
and yah, this thing. it hasn’t been very nice to me so far, but hopefully i’ll get her in line sooner than later.
if it looks like everything’s been covered in coolant.. well… i think you can imagine why..
also take note of the stellar condition of my core support, not my fault i swear.. this car was a steal, sue me XD
kinda weird, but it’s been a while since we’ve hit a local event. the evening started out pretty well with everyone excited about getting a new area to drive in for our… somewhat monthly “midnight madness” event at gateway international raceway. i think everybody got a couple good runs but by the middle of the night the course got shut down a few times for reorganization and what not. between all the waiting between runs, and a lot of people damaging their cars on bumps, quite a few people called it an early night.
anyways, here’s the pictures.

my corolla freshly painted.. as sad as that appears, i seriously rolled on spray paint in the parking lot because it was chipping all over the place. that’s hood style for ya.
dangerdan uh…. i dunno, the dude’s kinda strong.. and crazy.. soooo we pretty much don’t make fun of him.. as a result, he does really weird shit and gets away with it.
this is our friend chris crane’s d-truck. before you go hating on the project, the dude actually bought a wrecked s14 and made it into this. no pretty nissans were hurt in the making of this drift car =p

domi even overcame his usually-overwhelming paranoia and drove his corolla!
and our boy mike absolutely murdering tires.. bumper all fallin’ off, i love it! also, he finally got his hood stripe, kind of a team tradition ever since dangerdan did it a while back.
overall a decent event, sorry to all the people whose cars were messed up on the crappy sections of the course x.x but apparently we’ll be in yet another new spot next time, so it should be better!
